Returns and Exchange Policy

We aim towards complete customer satisfaction. Currently we do not have a refund policy post dispatch of products.

Our books are pre-used hence might show slight wear and tear. They are quality checked before sale. However in an unfortunate event of damage during transit we might offer an exchange / replacement. You can return an item to us, provided you do so within a 5 days window post receipt with a picture of the damaged product . Please email us at contact@thechildrensbookbin.com for a replacement provided on the order receipt.

Please read our Exchange information and instructions as well as our terms and conditions carefully -:

1. Items should be in their original condition

2. Items should be ideally in the original packaging

3. Items should be returned within 5 days post receipt.

How to return an item by post

We recommend you to use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns. We can only give you a exchange if we receive the items.

2. Post your item back to us.
